Where do you ship?
We currently deliver all across India. International shipping will be launching soon!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will usually reach you within 5–7 working days after it’s placed. If you need it sooner, please message us on WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to help.(Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or logistics delays)
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately. You can request changes within 1 hour of placing your order - after that, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please email us at rayastudiosinfo@gmail.com right away with your order details.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel doesn’t reach you, please contact us with your tracking number.We’ll coordinate with our courier partner and update you immediately.If the parcel is lost in transit, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement
Do you charge for shipping?
We provide free domestic shipping to all orders equivalent to INR 4,000 and above. For orders below INR 4,000 we charge INR 150
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New Delhi, India.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email (and sometimes an SMS) once your order is confirmed and again once it’s shipped - the second message will include a tracking link.

What if my parcel arrives damaged or looks tampered?
Please do not accept the parcel if it looks tampered or damaged. Take a clear photo of it and contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and send a replacement or issue store credit once confirmed.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it leaves our warehouse, the address can’t be changed. Please email us as soon as possible at rayastudiosinfo@gmail.com.
Why does the product colour look slightly different?
We photograph our garments under natural and studio light to capture accurate tones. However, colour variations can occur due to lighting or device screen differences.
Do you offer reverse pickups for returns?
Yes, we provide reverse pickup for eligible returns across India. In areas where this service isn’t available, you may need to ship the item back — we’ll reimburse shipping through store credit once received.
How can I check my order status?
Simply log into your account and click on “My Orders” to view real-time updates.
What if an item I want is sold out?
If your size is sold out, you can click “Notify Me” on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s restocked.
